The Military Memories Exhibit offers a historical trip through time. The exhibit of photographs, uniforms of Vilas County veterans and documentation reflect the rich heritage of the World War I and World War II eras. A photo of the World War II B24 Bomber "The Plum Lake", which flew over 50 missions in Northern Italy, is another rare relic in this exhibit, and let's not forget the Sayner World War II Hero, who proudly served his country by flying with the "Flying Tigers"

The Pioneer Communication & Entertainment exhibit offers an exciting look at technology in the early years and how they are directly related to today's ongoing technology. The exhibit includes an 1901 Edison cylinder gramaphone, Victrolas of the early 1900's, doll houses, toys, and a player piano which participants can sing along with while the attendant plays the songs of yesteryear.
